Shipping information
The goods travel at the risk of the customer as soon as the consignment has been handed over to the person carrying out the transport. We pack very carefully. However, please check the received consignments at the time of delivery and keep them in writing within 24 hours after receipt of the goods. Other complaints, which we hope will not give rise to, will only be accepted within 14 days (by CORDOVAN Sicherheits-GmbH, a written complaint).
We currently ship with FedEx. The shipping time estimates used in our shop concurr with our average experience. In rare cases they can differ substantially.
Shipping and risk transfer
The risk of accidental loss and the accidental deterioration of the goods shall be borne by the delivery, in the case of the purchase of the goods with the delivery of the goods to the respective shipping company, GmbH to the client / buyer.
